Citrus Berry Smoothie

When whipping up a breakfast smoothie, donâ€™t forget the protein -- yogurt is a good source. This meal-in-a-glass is also bursting with berries and orange juice: Healthful sources of carbohydrate and powerful antioxidants.
Place berries, yogurt, orange juice, dry milk, wheat germ, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
1 1/4 cups fresh organic berries
3/4 cup low-fat plain organic yogurt
1/2 cup organic orange juice
2 Tbsps nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp toasted wheat germ
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp all natural vanilla extract
